Ceiling Mold

Ceiling mold is an easily seen mold, and if you can see a discoloration on the ceiling there probbaly mold behind. Mold affects people having breathing diseases and allergies such as asthma. So a musty smell would also suggest mold.

You need to follow these steps to remove visible mold from your ceiling if the area is small.

1.Open all windows and doors to facilitate air circulation in the room.

2.Use protective gear, such as a facemask, eye protection and disposable gloves so that you do not come in direct contact with the mold. After this, keep the ladder as far to the side mold spot on ceiling as possible.

3.Blend water and soap together mix this mixture thoroughly to prepare a solution. Pour this solution in a plastic spraying bottle.

4.Now spray this solution on the entire visible mold. Use a small quantity of the solution so that the excess solution does not fall on you.

5.Rinse out the cleaned ceiling area with clean water and washcloth. Let the ceiling dry completely. Paint the entire ceiling of room by applying anti-mold paint so that the         mold does not reoccur
